Hi Dr,my daughter is 5 year old having 17kg weight . Any syrup we can give her during this covid time as a precautionary?

A. Natural foods will sure help.. You can give all frutis veggies. Helathy foods nuts, dares, milk, best immunity rich foods are. give carrots regularly, include to give a vegetable and fruit everyday. Add garlic and ginger to daily food.Green leafy vegetables. Oats, Wheat, Egg, Fish, More of citrus fruits, Nuts, Mushroom Chicken soup, CabbagePlenty of water, Brown rice, Broccoli, Sweet potatoes, Give vitamin supplements by checking with your doctor if required On time vaccination is also important to give your kid.
