hi dr..... my daughter is 3 plus and her neck is turning dark.... n she has itching most of the times ..... is it because of some deficiency.......

mostly it happens because of heat or perspiration or allergy to fabric or cosmetics .
so first stop using cosmetics.
keep that area clean.
use wipes to clean this part like Babyhug wipe which are safe.
prefer collar less , Cotton clothes for your child.
keep your child in well vantileted room
