Q.

Hi Dr my daughter 2 months old .. had C section.. post delivery i get haemorrhoids which is under control post medication .. I’m breastfeeding my daughter.. pls suggest what can i eat (increase Breastmilk and prevents haemorrhoids ) so that which is good for me and my baby..
