hi Dr my child is 2y 8month old do not speak and did not give eye contact much.sometimes he will look but some times he will ignore he won't listen to us when we call him by his name.he can identify cat,dog all these words he will speak but do not call us mumma,pappa,nani,nana,dada all these words can you plz suggest in a fever are all these symptoms of autism plz guide us
