Q.
hi dr,my baby is passing hard stool from past 2 days and today she struggled a lot and little blood also came with that ,I gave her plenty of water and fiber rich food where she pass urine more but stool is hard ,please help me what to do I'm really worried

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. as blood has started coming that's means that the child is having severe constipation so kindly meet your doctor for starting constipation medicine like polyethylene glycol which help in decreasing the problem of constipation and that will help in improving the bleeding in the child

Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Give her more probiotics (fresh and home made)
Don't.use packaged and processed food, maida items, excess suagr and salt
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered in morning
