hi Dr, my baby is 13 months old, he is suffering from cold and cough, some phlegm sound is coming while he is breathing, seems like there is phlegm inside his chest. so now what treatment we should give him.?

A. cough is a protective mechanism of body which may gcg be due to infection or allergy . it needs proper assessment before giving any medicine presently steam inhalation can be given it will be beneficial
