hi dr. my baby is 1 year old but she is very much depand on brest feed. I need to stop that. one of my friend suggested me one crem to quitting milk. plz guide me its safe or not? if yes than how we ues it?? or if you have any other option to quitting milk plz suggest also. I will share the crem name with you plz suggest me it's safe or not.

you may use it
but better to avoid abrupt weaning
mam, breastmilk is not only food for your child,it provides comfort and security too
so please opt for gradual weaning for your child.
for that ,make feeding sessions short gradually
try to give food before your child asks for feeding.
try food with different taste and different texture.
it may help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
you can serve food in kiddie plate or special dinner set
for example
you may buy Babyhug plate or dinner set
