HI dr my 3 yr girl had cold since 2weeks from 2 days cough worsening day by day we r not stepping out of home since 15 days productive cough becoming worse than yesterday is it covid symptom pls suggest I gave Azithromycin syrup 100mg once a day from yesterday I'm not giving any other medication wt I have to do now pls suggest. thanks and regards

Author of questionMom of 2 children4 years agoA. I'm giving nebulization with normal saline 3 times a day I'm living remote to town so can't get any nebuliser medicine.
do i have to take her to covid test?
I'm really worried ABT her cough she is very lean so wen she get cough she is like popping her chest from bed.

You can start with home remedies like giving steam inhalation which helps from cold.
avoid direct AC air keep temperature at 26-28 degree.
dry cough syp montair LC kid two times a day as based on weight.
