hi Dr I ruchi 39 weeks pregnant. it's my 2nd pregnancy. I have continously pelvic pain with back pain with tightening of abdomen with lower abdominal cramping is it true labor pain or false

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. since it is already full term there can be chances of having labour pains please see your doctor. if there is no improvement it is advisable to consult your doctor for proper physical examination and if there is need to do any investigations both for diagnosis and management
