Q.

Hi Dr I'm a mom of 3.5 mnth child. I'm a breastfeeding mom. I had thyroid medication before and after delivery. Recently I stopped my medication and now tsh level is high ,t3,t4 level is low. Will it affect my baby's health ?

A. then start again ok. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

A. hi mam, first you should not stop the medicine without consulting your treating doctor. yes ,this can affect your breastmilk supply and so your child. so kindly visit your treating doctor for this.
