Hi dr i have a 4 years son..now a days he is sucking his hand 24 hours and Also he is sucking every toys accessories what ever he gets How can i stop this??

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby is 4 years of age is the baby is doing all things like sucking everything fingers tries very recently it may be because of behavioural problem in the baby may be because of prolonged lock down interact more with the baby e divert the attention of the baby

Check if your baby is having oral discomfort or sometimes due to any deficiency also your child can keep everything in the mouth. Keep cleaning your baby’s mouth and hands frequently. Check with your doctor for any supplements. Maintain a good personal and oral hygiene for your child. Good luck and take care.
