hi Dr, I got C-section delivery in December so it's almost 4 months now.... so now can i eat bangda fish???

I Would just tell you that there is no restriction on eating non-veg like special chicken and fish you can have but I do not know a specific kind of fish that you are talking about so why don’t you just consult your gynaecologist I am sure she will be able to provide you with better clarity on the same
