Hi Dr. i gave pomegranate to my 13 months baby 3days back but her tongue is still bluish purple is it normal?

A. Mam usually if you look at it only with pomegranate if you give it to the child it should not become this colour it should probably be pink or red in colour properly avoid pomegranate for a day or two if the tongue clear then that’s the reason
