Hi Dr. Good morning. My son is 3 months old and now running 4 month. During defecation, he is on stress and making sound like mmmmmm...and stool are thick like paste. He is on both formula and breastfeeding. kindly suggest me for smooth defecation.

A. the baby is only three months of age it is quite natural for some babies to have straining while passing stool since baby is both and formula milk and mothers milk constipation is quite common
