hi Dr, can I apply mustard oil on hairs for my 2 yrs and 4yrs old children bcoz I'm in Kolkata so it's very much cold over here...

avoif cold wibds n cold climate.
also wear ur chikd proper warm clothes too.. to avoid cold. .
