Hi dr after delivery my periods completely irregular, without tablet i am not getting,tab crina ncr 10mg i am using,my dr suggest take every 45days, kindly suggest what should I do.1yr completed to my baby

A. the best treatment to have regular periods is to maintain good health by regular exercise meditation and timely intake of food which helps maintain hormonal balance as hormones are mostly controlled by brain
