hi doctors Mera beta 3 sal ka h wo 3 din s achse s khna nhi kharha bahut preshn krrha h mai working women hu smjh nhi aarha kya kru wo aisa kyo krrha .

A. Let your child decide the quantity and let him decide how much he wants to eat. Limit his snacks to 2 per day between mealtimes. Rotate the menu and add new recipes to keep your child interested and also learn about his food preferences. Make food fun with creative shapes and colours or even fancy little plates and cutlery. Serve small portions as they are less overwhelming to look at and he may finish his food quicker or even ask for a second serving. Try giving your child more finger foods.
