Hi Doctors, I'm a mom of 6 months baby . I'm not getting sufficient milk to feed the baby .I can see that my breasts are becoming Saggy.How can I increase my breastmilk .Please suggest..

A. Namaste Mom, Include these following in your diet such as garlic, flax seeds, panjiri, milk, jeera, ajwain or saunf water , dry fruits, fenugreek leaves, drumstick leaves as such

Any good lactation supplement something like when you fenugreek capsule or anyone as per your doctors advice that is going to be good for you to use other than that have a good diet and good amount of liquids are equally very important to make that helps a lot and increasing the lactation with time
