Hi Doctor Today my baby caretaker shook my two year old daughter forcefully side to side while holding her in arms.Her head may have moved. She cried a bit she is acting normal. Her head and neck may have moved. Is it ok or she needs a check up?

Shaking your child sideways or front and back is not good for their brain it can actually lead to brain injuries in some cases it has been seen you can check about it by reading online or you can consult your doctor for further reference but you have to tell your caretaker not to do these things with your child it’s not good for them
