Hi doctor, This is Sindhu S, mother of two Elder(Baby boy, 4 years) Younger(3 months baby girl) As Someone suggested, I'm taking fenugreek drink(1TSP Fenugreek, 1 TSP Fennel seeds, 1/2 TSP cumin seeds, 1/4 TSP of carom seeds soaked and boiled ,then filtered water) at the empty stomach to increase breastmilk production. So is this okay for baby or is that have any negative effects ? please do assist. Thanking you in advance

A. Actually there are so many good home remedies as you are mentioning right now maybe this is one of those which is going to be helpful you don’t worry it will not have any side-effect onto your child but you can take it if it helps in increasing the lactic
