Bezzanki AmaniMom of 2 children8 months agoA. Breastfeed every 2-3 hours even at night, as demand increases supply.Let your baby feed from both sides in each session. Drink plenty of water,milk and Include oats, almonds, spinach, garlic and eggs in your diet.
