hi doctor should I eat mango while during breastfeeding? is there effect on my baby? he has do small 3-4 pimples on his forehead and neck area so should it reason of eat manggo?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. There is no harm with eating raw mangoes. In fact a healthy diet rich in vegetables and seasonal fruits is recommended for breastfeeding mothers.
