hi doctor, please suggest how to improve breast milk for mother. We used promolact tablets in hellopathy & Alfalfa Q mother tincture in homeopathy. But there was no good result. please suggest how to improve...🙏

A. You can have Lactonic granules 2tsf twice a day with 1 cup warm milk or water and drink 4l water daily religiously.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and also have meethi seeds early in the morning and increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products. Take care
