hi, please tell me any tablets or health drinks to improve breast milk..

A. Hello, your question is related to your breast milk production so there’s no any medicine that can increase your breast milk but you should eat nutritious food items and plenty of water

A. you can take shatavari supplements as well as drink plenty of water and at least 500ml milk everyday and take all the supplements given by your doctor and that will help in increasing the breast milk
