Hi Doctor, Please advice how to lean the breastmilk as my baby already 2.5yr

A. you need to know when the baby will demand for breastfeeding and then Substitute food, drinks, or comfort for breastfeeding. Distract your toddler. Stopping gradually will also help prevent problems like overfull, hard (engorged) breasts and mastitis.

A. Take a medicine that is going to help in trying out your breast feed the maximum 3 to 5 days and that is actually going to be much beneficial for you to go ahead with so take that medicine this week will be easier for you to quit breastfeeding in one go
