#AskTheExpert my son suffering from heavy cough nd conguestion in chest from 1 month as per doctor they advice he have blood defficiency in the blood pls advice wht to do as cough not cure till now and I'm already switch two peditation till now

A. hi first ,keep your child well hydrated. give Luke warm water to drink. avoid giving cold and sugary food items. give Turmeric milk atleast once in a day. give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day.
