hi doctor my son sleeping around night 12 o clock .I'm feeding some food before sleeping.this is good for health or not?

A. Hi mom It would be better if u start to maintain healthy lifestyle from now.. Try to give last meal around 9 pm.. U can just give milk before sleeping.. Take care and all the best
