Hi doctor my son is having cold and cough we are giving Otus syrup as per our paediatrician.but still cough and cold is there .kindly suggest some syrup he is 3.11 m onth old

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4 years old and he is having a cold cough so you can give him this cough syrup but along with it you should give him proper antibiotic too
