hi Doctor... my son is 5 months 8 days old, can I eat pineapple during breastfeeding ?

Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, Some people recommend to not to have it as it may cause gas issue to baby but I personally don't think. You can have all food in moderation. Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month
