A. i guess u can do like one day as wfh, dont send him to daycare jst for that day to check is it related to daycare or its something else. just because he's unable to express himself he has started to scream. if possible talk to ur pediatrician doctor about it or if it worsen then take him to child development center in ur city for more clearance on the current situation of ur son.

A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentencesfhu properly. if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .
