My daughter is 15months old and since we both parents are working, and no one is there to take care of her,planning to put her in a daycare,will this effect the baby's development and will it have any impact on her mind ,pls do advice

yes ,it can affect a child lot.
so if it is not necessary then please avoid work or take work from home
your child needs your time .
mam ,till age of 5 years ,child needs his parents and their time , especially his mother .
so better to avoid day care.
