as My son is 37 months, till now I am wfh. But from next month I need to go to office. When both the parents are working, how to handle a toddler? my parents are also working, my in laws are farming. could someone suggest the ways.

A. hi mam, child at this stage of age , needs their parents more . so if possible please try to take work from home. and if it is not possible, take help from your family members , discuss the condition with them and ask help from them.
