Hi Doctor my sisters son is 3.6 years old and he is not speaking a word and not listening to us. he is on his own please suggest what to do.

Hello ma’am Normally if a child is not responding to its name not speaking a word and not paying attention to anything and even no proper eye contact is there then there are symptoms of autism or Delayed age group so I will just include advise you to consult a child specialist and a psychologist regarding the same and if anything is possible by any chance then please start with homoeopathic medication regarding the same
