Hi doctor. my niece developed rashes on her face which changed into white dry patches when she was 25 days old. the rashes developed when she was 20 days old. Actually she was hospitalized when she was 13 days old because of fits and the treatment went for 5-6 days after which she was discharged. On 20th day she developed rashes. Showed to 3-4 doctors they have suggested moisturizer and powders. plz help
