hi doctor my milk is too thin like water is it gud for my baby ? if not then how should I improve the quality of my milk pls suggest

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and in starting milk come as thin and after few minutes it comes thick and please feed your baby at least ten minutes from each breast. and also have more green leaves vegetables and dairy products in your daily diet.
