hi Doctor, My kid name is Daksh 23 months old. He is suffering from fever from today afternoon 101 and using Paracetamol drops ....I observed baby hands and legs are cold remaining body is warm...could you please tell me whether any problem

A. you can use paracetamol 3 times a day Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
