my son is suffering from fever form last night I gave him paracetamol in. ight morning and afternoon also but fever sometimes is coming sometime it's going. please tell me paracetamol is enough for my son

A. thanku but when fever is coming temp is more than 100 so paracetamol is enough or use any antibiotics yoo

A. continue paracetamol for one more day koFever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
