Q.

Hi doctor my kid is 2.7 years old, his hemoglobin( blood )is low as it is 8. can I give raw carrot juice or beet root juice to him or suggestion to increase his immunity and hemoglobin. his is not good with all food had digestion problem

A. yes, you can give it. give iron rich diet to your baby.. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes can be healthy

A. hello yes you can give raw vegetables juice which is not a problem and also you can be giving your child iron rich food in the diet and include dry fruits spinach raisins and apple beetrrot spinach brocolli which are all rich in iron content to improve hb level
