hi doctor my kid is 2.6 yr old and he was repeating the 1st letter of the word and now he is struggling to say the 1st letter takes time and then he completes the word. before he was speaking very fluently in marathi. since 3 Weeks this changes are seen. is it normal? what should we do?

A. he is struggling to say .. keep encouraging the baby .. as baby speaks more and more speech gets better clear and fluent.. let the baby mingle same age grps..
