Hi my son is not speaking much he is 2 years and months old now and only he started to speak one letter word what to do ....

A. yes he can understand everything if we say go to bed , bring your shoe , take the remote , he will say Ato z & 1 to 10 he speaks one letter word only like amma , dada , akka he is babbaring something else ... that I can't understand

A. 2 year how month old is ur baby ?? and it's quite late atleast they should tell two words pharse by this age . can say their need and imagination. does he understands commands like if you say go and bring ur shoes wear it we ll go to park . does he understands 2 lines command?? if not please evaluate with ur doctor he has speech delay
