Q.

hi doctor. my height is 5.8 and my weight is 66. I want to reduce weight 5 kg.and I'm suffering with hypothyroidism.last week I went for test my tsh is 1.9.so can I stop using tablets. how can I reduce 5kg weight at home?is my weight normal?

A. Hi You cannot stop the hypothyroid Medicines without Consultantion with your physician The weight is few kilos more than the ideal weight for height. Try to exercise daily. focus on including more Vegetables, fruits nuts, skim milk, paneer , egg whites in. your diet

A. Hi mom Yes ur weight is normal as per ur height. Stop taking tablets by consulting ur doctor. Do not stop on ur own. To reduce weight start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your weight. Have jeera water daily to burn fat in the morning empty stomach. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Avoid eating rice and potatoes as they increase the weight. Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism.
