hi doctor my daughter is four month old which is the correct month to start food to baby and what are the solid food to start pls explain briefly about food chart sir

Hanuman is the right age for your baby to start with the solid food you can start with ragini malt idli carried Puri Apple Puri banana any fruits introduce any new food only one at a time give a gap of 3 days and observe if there is any reaction to your baby with the new food if nothing continue other ways introduced later again
