hello doctor my baby is 6 month old now. We are going to start his solid food ,Can you please suggest the food chart for him?

yes sure..
I would suggest to start with liquid food items like mung dal Pani, rice water which is easy to digest
initially keep the consistency watery, and give food in few spoons of quantity
then gradually add other food items as well as increase food consistency and frequency and quantity too
