hi doctor.. my daughter is 9y5m old .she is so thin and her weight is just 26 kgs .so plz suggest a healthy food to gain weight.

A. Hi You can add caloric dense foods like ghee almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds coconut egg avocado paneer cheese to child's recipes for Healthy weight gain Avoid fried, chips, waffers chocolates sugary drinks for the child.
