Q.

Hi doctor, my daughter is 8 months old and she is refusing solid foods. I have tried many variations but she is not taking the food after 1 or 2 bites. what kind of spices I can add to her food?

A. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. add spices yo change the flavor of food like Cummin powder, Curry leaves, coriender leaves, ajawain (carrom seeds), cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, garlic, nutmeg, date puree, or boiled and pureed risings

She is very important that you do be variation to the child and also all the necessary spices should be added to the food whatever you are offering salt and other important spices for that a proper test is required for a child to go ahead with its important that you do focus on giving spices as wellWrite Your Answer Here
