#asktheexpert my 8 month old is refusing solid foods... is that fine to feed little by little... he eats only little food

A. Yes then try to increase the number of meals per day like if you’re giving three right now make it six small small portions so your child is going to enjoy it this way and try to add proper spices and salt into the food because when the food is going to be tempting and interesting the childhood enjoy it
