Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also.
the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times fper day. the child should sleep after taking feeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessmentf.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.
if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about fthe sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child
NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello baby gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month is a good weight gain which means the breast milk is sufficient and if the BM is not sufficient you can alternatively be given your child infant formula milk stage one using a bpa free bottle like babyhug
