Hi Doctor, my daughter is 3years 8months suddenly developed a lump inside the nose. is this nasal polyp? she doesn't have any discomfort or breathing problem. someday it is bigger and some days it's small. What needs to be done?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. It’s not a polyp but a hyper trophy of right nasal turbinate mostly some bacterial infection and needs proper antibiotic and anti inflammatory medicine plus hot fomenting twice a day
