hi doctor, my daughter is 2 yrs old and she fell from sofa , she get injured at lest side of her head, it's not bleed but it is red and I am worried so please suggest me something what can I do and is it serious , i am attaching the picture of the area she get injured. please suggest me what to do please.

A. Dandruff is mostly because of dead skin over the scalp which can lead to itchy skin . It could be because of some pathological conditions too. Common causes are improper shampooing malnutrition fungal growth sensitivity to hair products sebborrhoic dermatitis . Proper care is required with medicated shampoo maintain a good hygiene and proper hydration . Consult a chdoctor for more severe condition .
