Instead of three big meal you can give five meals in a day in a smaller quantity and in a smaller interval. Give adequate liquid like buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice made at home without sugar and salt, milk shakes and give adequate water and keep your baby well hydrated which is good for hair and skin.
Take a tablespoon of castor oil and 2 tablespoon of coconut oil lightly warm the mixture and keep it aside. Apply to hair give gentle massage leave it for half an hour and give bath. Always use lukewarm water to give head bath. Avoid too much of hot water. Repeat this twice in a week.Write Your Answer Here
